Nathan Eagle was wonderful to work with. I had quotes from other companies including one that gave me a multi-page contract with all kinds of exceptions so one really didn't know the final price, and then I received a quote from Eagle. Gave me understandable quotes that included all I needed. Due to our new septic not being at least 100' from our well, he changed his quote to install a BAT septic system per Baltimore County. His second quote was more than I wanted to spend, but the county had a grant program with funding available that paid for most of the cost of the new tank and its installation. He was usually available when I called or texted. A hard-working person who's actually hands-on.

Nathan the owner was absolutely the most wonderful person to work with. I had another quote from another company that gave me some 5 page contract with all kinds of exceptions so you really didnt know the price, and then a business associate recommended Eagle. Nate came out and gave me a fair price and a set price on one page. He was available any time I called even after work hours. He even helped with moving my wired dog fence so it wouldnt get cut up. It was a big project. The drain field had to be 200 feet away because of existing water well. He had to take several pine trees down where the field was going. All of this was included in his one price. At first I thought the price was a little more than I wanted but after seeing the scope of work he had to do it was well worth it. And he notified me that the county had a grant program that actually paid for my tanks. He has been doing this since he was 15 years old. A hard working and honest person unlike the competitor I talked to first. In fact I am going to have him put a stone driveway in for me and my neighbor talked to me about him and now he is going to do some work for him. If you want an honest man and a fair price you need to use him. It took 5 days and he even finshed up while it was raining.

Eagle Septic repaired our drywell in our septic last week. We called him with a urgent request as we were selling our home & needed the repair done quickly. Nate was quick to respond & get out to give us an estimate of the work that needed to be done. He & his team were very polite & respectful & are knowledgeable in their profession. Nathan Eagle is a pleasure to deal with. He kept in constant contact throughout the project, and updated us regularly. The subcontractors who did the electrical and excavation work were also very professional. Ours was a very complicated septic replacement, and Nathan made sure that the county approved all changes and that we understood what was happening. He ensured we were happy with the final result. His price was fair. A septic replacement is not a fun or pretty investment in your home, but for an old house (55 years on the original system), it is necessary. Mr. Eagle has a practical eye for a homeowner's needs. He saved me from a much more expensive pump and trench system by discovering a second (in tact) dry well. He has a ton of experience and can engineer a solution in his head that makes sense for the space available. I recommend him to anyone looking for a no nonsense problem solver.

The work performed by himself and his workers was awesome, they went over and beyond at the end of the job. They took extra time grading my back yard and even graded some extra stone leftover. Nathan and his team did great work. He took the time upfront (came twice) to assess our stormwater problems and recommend the best solution. They arrived promptly and did a great job digging and installing the drain line - carefully routing it around large tree roots and laser-leveling to ensure the correct slope. He left the yard in good, level condition, ready for seeding in the Spring. Did I mention that his price was very reasonable? We would definitely hire Nathan again, and heartily recommend him and his work.
