He set up a few traps in the attic sealed the holes where the squirrels were coming in and then came back a few days later and relocated the squirrels. They scheduled it around time we weren’t able to be home so we probably didn’t get as much labor as we should have. They were going to charge me $370 for 8 hours additional labor which I didn’t agree with."

"The work was excellent. I like the final outcome. You need to find out if he's overextended or how many jobs he's involved in at the time. We started the project in May and it should have taken six to eight weeks and we just finished it at the end of September. There were some glitches along the way that were probably out of his control, but a lot of it was more that he was overextended. The quality was good. I would maybe use them in the future. The work was good, but we would really have to negotiate what was going on and the time window and stuff like that. We wouldn't do this again. I would consider it."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
