I was told the "technician" could not make it but they were rescheduling me with a "contractor".....Both terms are meaningless to me....I was told that the work being performed by a higher paid person. I paid for a handy man for 7 hours but he completed my list and was gone...Was grateful that they work got done but felt a bit shortchanged. I bought all the materials for the jobs so that is not included in the price paid."
