Steve is very knowledgeable. He did not try to up sale anything and the cost for him to take care of my bee problem was a lot lower that I was expecting. So, I chose to have him do a complete outside service which was extremely, reasonable priced. I would Highly recommend him to anyone. He is very professional. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Optimum Pest Control is a small business operation. The owner, Steve, is one of the most honest people I have met in a long time. He is timely, upfront, and will not try to sell you anything that you don't need. You can trust him to give you a fair price and do excellent work. I highly recommend him.

Steven reached out to me via HomeAdvisor the same night I requested local pest control companies. We actually spoke the following day, which was a Saturday, and he came out to address my problem (cicada wasps) on Monday. The treatment was going to require 2 visits over the course of a couple weeks. He kept in contact with me to see how things were progressing and always informed me of when he would be there. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with all my questions. The best part...no more giant cicada wasps digging up my yard! No doubt, give him a call.

Steven and his brother arrived right on time, worked very hard, and did a very thorough job. Steven is detail oriented and left no stone unturned. He checked the attic and made sure mice couldn t get in the garage. When I first met him for a free estimate he explained everything and inspected everything in the house, top to bottom. We finally moved in permanently two months later and Steven remembered everything about the house. I used another big name company for years and rarely had the same technician so there was no familiarity with my house and no customer/client bond. I feel that Steven cares about my house and customer satisfaction.

We contacted Steve due to an ant problem and a possible squirrel in the attic problem. He came out within 24 hrs. We definitely have both problems and he started treating the ant infestation immediately. He returned the next day(a Saturday) to examine the crawl space and found there is a nest. He set a humane cage with bait and Iâ m confident she will be caught and released elsewhere.

Steve came out to do a routine bug spray. He is very through in checking where he will be spraying and in doing this found termite damage that was new. It was in the beginning stages so I am thankful that he took the time to inspect and found this start to a very costly issue if not caught in time. Steve was great and I will be having him come back to continue with the bug spray.

My husband and I just bought a house with previous termite damage that was successfully treated and wanted to know how to prevent future problems. Since we also needed an ant problem treated, Steve offered to do the termite inspection for free. Although there were no termites, I discovered that the inspector we hired BEFORE buying the house had mistaken where all the previous damage was. Steve took the time to really show me where all the damage was and assured me that there were no live termites. He then discussed several ways to treat the ants and options for preventing a reinfestation of termites. I never felt pressured into buying any particular treatment or maintenance plan for either the ants or the termites. Steve took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, and I never felt as if he was "over playing" any issues in order to persuade me to spend more money. We had a SEVERE ant problem that we had been trying to treat ourselves for months without success and Steve explained what he thought the problem was and offered several options. After just one treatment, the change was dramatic. I would recommend Optimum Pest Control to anyone looking for an exterminator. In fact, I have already recommended them to many of my neighbors. I have dealt with several exterminator companies in the past, and inevitably my husband and I chose to deal with the problem ourselves. In this situation, I am so glad that I chose to give Optimum Pest Control a call. And due to an ongoing illness and limited mobility, Steve went above and beyond to make things easier for me. I cannot stress enough how satisfied my husband and I are with the service they provided, and will be using their services from now on.

He is honest and not interested in giving a service that is not required. He is in the business of helping people and ensuring that they are satisfied with the quality of his work. He will be my house’s “go to” for all future pest control. I am a completely satisfied customer. He may be a little more pricey on the front end (initial payment); but, he does not charge for consultation and he does not charge for unnecessary visits. So, in the long term, he is absolutely the best bang for your buck and peace of mind. There is no price gouging here at all.

Extremely pleased with the service provided and the gentleman who did the work. He arrived 10 mins before he was due. Was thorough and explained everything clearly. He cleaned everything before he left. He said he would call in a few days to make sure the issue was resolved and he did call. He was genuinely concerned about the situation.
