I had my initial treatment for general pest control as well as mosquito & tick treatment scheduled for Wednesday, 4/28. On Wednesday the tech came out as scheduled as well as a termite inspector. The general pest treatment was done but the mosquito & tick treatment was not. I did not realize this until I received the inspection report the following morning. When I called to inquire as to why it was not performed I was told that the mosquito & tick treatment had been rescheduled to 9am on Friday, 4/30. I was told it might have been due to the weather on 4/28 however it is even documented on my treatment summary that the day was clear with very low wind. In addition I was a little confused as to why I was never informed that the service had been rescheduled. Yesterday I called twice to confirm that a tech would be out this morning however today at 12:15pm when no one had shown up and I had heard nothing I called again. I was told by the person who took my call that they spoke to the service manager and that they would still be out today. I was told that they would be calling me soon to give me an updated time. Nearly 2 hours later I still had not received any call and no tech had arrived so I called again. This time the woman I spoke to said that they probably are not able to perform the service today due to wind and therefore would have to reschedule. Why was I not contacted and told that or at the very least informed of that when I called at 12:15pm? I have now wasted my entire morning and afternoon waiting on them to arrive. I am extremely disappointed in the inconsideration and unprofessionalism to not bother to notify customers when there are changes. As a new customer it makes me very worried that I made the wrong choice in choosing service through them especially after also agreeing to install a termite prevention system with them as well. I really hope that they prove otherwise!

Our pest control technician, Mike Roberts, is EXCELLENT. He always reaches out the day before he is scheduled to arrive to find out if we have any specific issues we want looked at, he's punctual, thorough and very professional. We are very glad to have him servicing our home and we are happy overall with the services we get from Paramount Pest Control.

I have been a Home Paramount customer for years. Every 3 months, I get service because no one wants pests in their home. Bernard is an excellent technician. He always asks how things are going and informs me that should I see anything, that he would happily return.

Everything went well. Ronnie is the technician who I see every 3 months for this work. He is very personable and also very professional. He checks around, sprays, and asks me if anything special needs to be checked. It is a pleasure having Ronnie visit for this work.

Devonte Proctor did an excellent job getting our target areas. He was very knowledgeable and kind! This is his second time coming to my house and every time he comes he does a great job!

My pest control person, Debbie, is fantastic. She is always on time, she has a great personality, and she addresses my fear of spiders. I wouldn't have been with this company so long if it wasn't for her.

technicians set traps outside house, on ground and on roof, identified places where animals were getting in, secured those areas, relocated captured pests (squirrels and flock of pigeons)--Adcocks is absolutely the best and is the only company I call when the critters appear.

Representative arrived on time and was professional. He did not have the correct equipment to be able to correct the issue. Could not find the nest but did not have a ladder to be able to complete job. So leaning out of a window he was able to put some wire around several shutters but only in one side. Needed a ladder. So I paid $500 for a job not really completed. I did send a text to original sales person that came to my location but have not received a response yet. I will modify this report if the job is completed

Excellent. Technician even retrieved a cat who escaped while he was finishing up.
