"Raven Pest responded immediately. The technician was extremely personable and described the process that he was going to employ address Yellow Jacket Bees getting into our house. I was completely sold that the Raven tech was competent and was going to go the extra mile. The Raven tech described how he was going to dust the entry point and follow-up 2 weeks later to remove the siding to see where the bees were nesting in the house. However, as it turns out, the tech did follow-up but did not remove the siding as promised. A call to the Raven Office informed me that it is Raven's policy not to remove the siding. After the follow-up visit by Raven, we continued to have bees in the house. I insisted that the procedure of removing the siding to check on the bee nest, as promised, be performed. The tech returned, removed the siding, dusted behind the siding and replaced the siding. We have not have anymore bees in the house since."

"PestNow was hired to inspect our house for termites. This was required by the lender of the family buying our house. PestNow found a pile of wood leaning up against a deck column they said needed repair due to termite damage. PestNow also required the entire house be treated. There were no termites found anywhere other than the pile of wood, according to PestNow. They quoted us for over $800 to treat the house. We questioned the need and amount so they lowered it to $580. As a result of PestNow stating they found termites in the deck column, the lender of the buyers required the deck column be repaired due to termite damage. The deck repair company assessed the deck column agreeing it needed to be repaired, but not due to termites, rather moisture. I question whether PestNow found termites at all. Their unethical tactics cost us well over $1,000. Beware of PestNow."

I found Vortex on the web after a friend recommended them as being less expensive, chemical free and fast. I have always been a believer in the old adage: Good, Fast, Cheap…pick two. Well tgese guys were great, they were fast, and they were less expensive than everyone else I called. I spoke to Tom on the phone and he was well informed and low pressure. Some of the other more famous brands were a little more focused on being able to upsell me and get me on a substitute than they were with fixing my problem. We Set up the appointment and they were there tge next day. Tom’s partner Rob came He was on time, polite and competent. He had tgis huge trailer which produced the heat and he ran hoses into my home and turned tge unit on and brought temperature in house way up. (Don’t leave out any chocolate, candles, or anything that can melt because they said the house got up to about 140 degrees or something like that. 5 or 6 hours after arriving, Rob was on his merry way and my problem was fixed in an an environmentally safe way. Bed bugs never showed up again. Thanks Rob and Tom! It was great to work witg you!!!!"
