"On 1/11/2026, we received excellent customer service from Mr. Josh Goldberg, a Home Genuis sales representative, who showed patience and professionalism without pressuring us to proceed with our business.  On 1/16/2025, the staff was punctual, and after completing the roof, they cleaned up as if they had never been there. Additionally, Mr. Angel Martinez, the project manager, toured our home and addressed all our questions. He provided detailed information about the new intake vent (as shown in the pictures above), which was necessary because there were no soffit vents. Although I am not particularly fond of its appearance, it was considered essential to prevent excessive heat during the summer months, mainly since my daughter lives upstairs. Angel explained that the vent would help improve airflow beneath the upstairs attic area. Overall, they carried out the work professionally, and I would definitely recommend their services for any future projects."

Widman Calderon was well organized and knowledgeable about the process and the selection of the roofing materials. He kept us informed of each step of the process and their craftsmanship is superior. The job was well done with great communication and responsiveness, hard working installers. My neighbors could see how efficient they were when they looked outside their upstairs windows, watching them work. He/they made the process of getting a new roof effortless. Widman showed us photos throughout the roofing process. Their transparency shows that they are not here to take advantage of the customer. There was no pressure. The job was completed in one day, We received other quotes and selected ARHT. We couldn't be more pleased with the roofing services provided by ARHT Home Solutions! "This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."

"We purchased a new front door and storm door from Arch Exteriors. The Sales person and the quality of the door were good. Our issue was with the service department and the installation crew. The installation crew/manager did a sub-standard job for installation. The door itself was not set in level, there was an obvious gab and then the lock was damaged when they tried to install it. They cut too far back on the inside tile floor and tried to hide it with pieces of shoe molding. The seal at the bottom of the door began to fall off within the first month. We had to fight with the service manager, Byron, to get anything fixed or to show up for appointments he made with us. The service manager, Byron, did not appear to have trained his crew on how to install a door. Our storm door was initially installed with no safety chain, so the first gust of wind tore the door off the hinges and half of the trim off the door frame. But Byron said since it was the wind, nothing can be done. I pointed out the door lacked some pieces to prevent this. When I pay someone to do work, my expectation is that it will be done better than what I could have done. This was not our experience at all. I can not give a good review due to the service/installation department. Gary Hudak"

"Hired them to do a BGE home energy audit, and Larry Tennant performed this for the company. This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
