"The company agreed to postpone install to work around an upcoming vacation we had. Very pleased with the product and price. There was one small miscommunication regarding shutters going back on after install but the company remedied the problem immediately. "All members of AhRT Home Solutions from the estimator, project manager, to the installation team were very professional in the performance of their duties. Special thanks to Michael and the whole team for their persistence in dealing with my insurance company who only wanted to pay for roof repair, rather than replacement. Michael carefully explained that roof repair would lead to further damage. The insurance company concurred with Michael’s persuasive argument and authorized the full replacement. Michael coordinated the process of ordering the shingles and scheduling the installation date. The installation team arrived on time and kept me informed of the process. Once the work was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the debris and performed a final inspection. I highly recommend AHRT to anyone interested in their roofing service. I would use them again if necessary. The customer service was 5 star; answered emails and phone calls promptly."

"My wife and I can't be more happy with the roof replacement Falcon did this weekend. Dealing with Blake, Zeke, Eddie and the entire crew has been well above average. They were able to do a tear off, replace some wood and install shingles all on Saturday and didn't leave one speck of trash behind. Today the crew came and installed the gutters and leaf guards and they look as awesome as the roof. We would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs."

"My B rating was due to a miscommunication regarding the day the work would take place. I mailed my down payment in and next thing the supplies were delivered so i had to call to confirm the day of installation. Only other thing is I would suggest they sweep area with a magnet. Although they did a good clean up job I did have to pick up a lot of nails and a bush was damaged but should be okay. I did expect some minor damage to flower beds since i have several against the house."
