"Charlie Ornamental LLC did an excellent job with replacing an anchor rail and painting the entire railings. He made the initial meeting on time, performed a review of the issues and gave me a price. When the weather allowed, he completed the job in a timely manner. I would use and recommend him again."

His wife Dorothy Corley co-owned & managed the office until she retired in 2005. The company today is owned and operated by the founder's two sons, John D. Corley & Rick Corley. John & Rick manage and administrate the day-to-day operations of the company. Third generation Corleys also actively assist in the family business. "The pearl white paint had peeled off my 2010 Hyundai Sonata roof near the windshield, and the roof had started to rust in a few places. During the repair, additional original paint peeled off the roof, expanding the job. Precision Collision did the additional work while taking measures to prevent additional peeling, and charged me only the original estimate. They detailed the car which made it look new and were going to absorb the cost when I pointed out I hadn't requested the service; however, I insisted on paying one-half the cost of the detail. Precision Collision did good work, did more work that they had estimated with no cost to me, and kept me informed during the entire repair. For my next body work, I will surely return to them."

Bethesda Collision Repair Center is a one stop shop for all your automotive repairs. We do complete auto repairs and auto body work. 7-10 employees. All repairs done at our shop that has been serving the area since 1977. All body and paint guaranteed as long as you own the car. Come see the difference! We care about our customers and want you to have a great experience at Bethesda Collision Repair Center & Bethesda Auto Service.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Had engine issues that I took to Bethesda Collision. For starters, what was quoted as a 1-Day job turned into a 4-Day job. After charging me approx. $1,600 for the parts/labor involved in the job, they informed me it needed additional engine work – but that it had to be taken to a dealership because they were unable to do that type of work. Was told, however, there wouldn’t be an issue driving the vehicle from the shop to the dealership. Well the car died on me 3x on the 20min drive to the dealership. When I finally got there, car was completely dead. Dealership techs inspected vehicle and said the timing chain/belt work I had just paid for was a) installed improperly and b) parts that should have been replaced during the work were not. These two (in)actions resulted in additional damage being done to the engine compared to when it was originally dropped off. Went back to the shop to seek a refund for the work I had done – explaining what was told to me by the dealership (which they sent me to) – and they would look into it. Received a call 40min later and told that they would not refund any amount. That if there was an issue with the work done on the vehicle, I should have returned it to them and given them a chance to “fix” it (which, I believe is what I just paid them nearly $1,600 to do – or, I guess, not do?). This, despite the fact that they had nearly a week to get it done right the 1st time (and didn’t) and that the car was completely dead. Mind you this all happened around 6:00 PM on a Friday evening – when they close at 6:00 on Friday’s and are closed Saturday and Sunday. Personally, I will never take my vehicle there for any type of service. I encourage you to do the same, unless of course you like to pay a bunch of money to have them not do the job correctly, do additional damage to your vehicle, then give you the runaround and fail to admit they made a problem and/or took on a job they knew they couldn’t handle. ZERO STARS. ZERO RESPECT."

Established in 1996: The clinic was opened to fulfill the vision of becoming a local business that would be recognized by it's personally branded service. Today that vision has been fleshed out into an organization of technicians that mirror a standard of excellence in automotive repair. The reason for this is training. In addition, unlike many repair shops, Dulles Auto Clinic regularly invests in new technologies to meet the demand of luxury and sport cars as they come to market. We also service all Medium Duty Trucks for commercial use. See website for additional services.

Wrought Iron questions, answered by experts

Yes, many manufacturers and installers offer warranties. Confirm terms before starting your project.

A high-quality wrought iron fence should last you a lifetime, but it will require some TLC on your end. Wrought iron fences are incredibly strong and durable, but they can be susceptible to rust and corrosion, so you’ll need to clean and refinish your fence every two to three years. If you notice rust developing, hire a professional fence repair company to clean the rust and reseal the area of fencing to prolong its life span.

The most common height of a front yard fence is around 3 feet high, but it can vary depending on your zoning laws. If your fence is meant to create privacy, something closer to 6 feet or higher will do the trick. Most of the time, the highest fence you’ll see is 8 feet tall.

Fence pickets typically face out (away from your home or the garden that you're enclosing). Both the rails and pickets sit on the outside of a fence so that anyone passing by can see the finished side. Not only does the look increase your curb appeal, but it's also the neighborly thing to do when placing a barrier between two properties, even when you're installing a privacy fence.

You’ll need to bury the garden fence about 1 foot underground. It’s tempting to save on materials by burying the fence just a couple of inches, but if you do so, determined pests will still be able to dig under the fence and access your plants. Burying your garden fence deep into the soil is an important step that allows you to attach a wire barrier to the fencing.

Burrowing animals (like voles, moles, rabbits, and gophers) can’t dig or chew through this wiring, meaning that you’ll be keeping your prized petunias or your robust veggie garden from being eaten.
