"The service was A+! The technician was timely and had everything he needed to do the job. He assessed the best way to mount the TV. He made a new cable outlet and electric outlet behind where the TV was to be mounted. He was fast and very efficient. He handled my TV with care and mounted it correctly the first time! The cables and wires are all hidden and it looks great! I had just had my condo renovated and all the cables were not hooked up properly yet. I had an appointment scheduled with the cable company to do that, but the technician took a quick look at it and hooked up my cable! When it was all installed, he went through the channels to see that it was working ok. He also went through the streaming capability and insured everything was working as it should. He was very helpful, answering even the most basic questions I had. He was polite and professional. He cleaned up after the work was done. Great job! I would hire them again!!!"

"I needed a new LG 65 inch OLED TV mounted above my fireplace. I spent an entire day trying to find the correct mounting bracket for this install as I only have a single stud in the center of my fireplace and in the end I wasnâ t sure how to complete the project . I reached out for assistance and thankfully Marcel from Crewsing Technologies contacted me and after I explained my project and concerns. Marcel was able to obtain the articulating mounting bracket I described and to my surprise he adjusted his schedule to come and perform the work the very next day which happened to be on a Sunday which exceeded my expectations 100%. The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. Like I said in the beginning, I would gladly hire and recommend this company. Just be sure to confirm appointments."

"My wall mount TV had wires hanging everywhere. Preferred sent out a tech and within 2 hours ( seemed like 20 mins). The wires had been placed into the drywall and even the PlayStation HDMI. The job was clean and the tech Andrew was polite and professional. It was a pleasant price to pay for a happy wife!!"
