"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"That we actually did follow up through on.  It was okay.  I was a bit disappointed because the end result was kind of lack luster and what I was expecting.  It took quite some time for them to come back with drawings.  The drawings were more hyped up that we were just expecting more.  Not much to speak of actually.  Interactions were fine.  They seemed like nice people.  The designs looked so so. "

"They started in early October. They spent a lot of time with us talking about different design options. Miguel is the guy that we are working with. He has really great, new, and fresh ideas. He has good attention to detail and thought about things that we wouldn't have thought about. We are really happy with him so far. We would definitely recommend them. They came in around the same price as some other people that we had bid on it. They probably spent more time with us talking about what kind of design options we had, which we appreciated. The project is taking much longer than we anticipated which is kind of frustrating but they are working so it is not that they are just not showing up so we can't complain too much. It's not done yet but we have no complaints so far and we have been happy with them."
