I think their prices are fair, I have never had it done before, but they do it per square foot and I saw where others charge for it and it seems to be the same. They also clean a small rug too and don't charge me for that. I think it is a standard, fair price because it seems to be like what everyone else charges. I have been very happy with them. I may use them again, but I don't know if I would want to do the wet carpet cleaning again because it takes a while to dry. They are really good though, and they did a really good job.
