"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"JR came out to give me an estimate, and was able to complete the job on the same day. My carpet was in really bad shape due to a poor installation years ago. After they stretched the carpet, it looks like a new install! I paid way more than I wanted to, but no complaints on the quality of their work. And JR is really a nice guy!"
