It went much much better than we thought. Just for him to actually stop from what he was doing to show me the difference and taking the time to actually explained to us how what I have been using was hurting the hardwood. He gave us advice of what to use for cleaning supplies. When he showed me the difference, I was blown away from what he had done. He could’ve just did floors and finished and left but he didn’t. So I am very happy with your employee that was sent here as well as the outcome that he did for us and if needed he would definitely be the one I would tell people to call. Thank you again!
