"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."

"The crew, Victor, Jose and Freddy arrived on time. I was asked if I had any questions before they started my project. Because Richard was so thorough with the estimate I had none. After removing the old window well I was called out to see the progress and received a mid-job update on the progress. Once completed I received another opportunity to ask any other questions. I was also given an explanation of the benefits of the replacement. The area was returned to a pristine condition and the grass reseeded. Two weeks prior, JES sent information reminding me to remove all items from the work area that could possibly sustain damage during the process. The one draw back was two days prior I was notified by the Technician that the HVAC was to close to the window and had to be moved. The HVAC company waived the emergency call fee. JESâ s pricing was very affordable. I had looked online to get an idea of the cost. The smallest window well alone was priced $500 above the cost of my entire project. Overall, I am very satisfied and would without hesitation recommend JES in the future."
