"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."

"They did a detailed look at my existing units and ducts and came up with a good plan and even called back with a better option after discussing my situation with the Bryant rep and were able to get me Pepco's top tier heat pump efficiency rebate.  They added a small section of return duct and a new very nice filter enclosure.  The guys came to install within the time they quoted and were totally done in about 3 hours with every bit of the old stuff and trash hauled away.  They did a pretty clean install as well and managed to shoehorn in all of the new hardware in my little space.  They weren't the cheapest option, but what good is buying the cheapest option if the company isn't able to install it correctly or support it if there are problems.  I had confidence that GAC could do both of those things."
