They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

Since my sisters and I do not live in the area, Mike became our eyes and ears at our dad's house as a variety of repair people arrived to do their work. The office admin staff was very good at keeping me informed and communicating with me throughout the entire process. As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and treated my house like his own, had a lot of great suggestions. Mike was on the job everyday and his guys were great, and you didn't even know they were there when they left, cleaned up great. Could not beat his prices for the quality of work.
