"Over the years I have used many carpet cleaning companies. DiamondShine stands head and shoulders above them all and now I will never use anyone else! Other companies gave me a quote but said it was just an estimate and they would not be able to give me a definitive price until they arrived the day of the cleaning. DiamondShine stood behind their price and I knew exactly what I was getting. Although they were not the lowest, they were very reasonable and I could rest assured that I would not be scammed like I have been with other companies. The tech confirmed he would be there the day before, called 15 minutes beforehand and arrived precisely on time. It was obvious he was a professional by the way he walked through the home to get a scope of the work and then set right to work, finishing much before I thought he would. He also wore a mask. The work quality was superior. I had thought that I would have to replace the carpets but after DiamondShine they look amazing. I really can't believe it!
