"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."
"We are very pleased with the job Dave did for us today. He was prompt and very courteous and did a professional job cleaning our carpets. Thank you for keeping the planned schedule as promised. We will recommend your company to our family and friends.

Stan"

Customers say: True professional

"I think that they should have worn their masks and had coverings for their shoes, but they removed their shoes when I told them that I just had the carpet and rugs cleaned. They were very kind and professional, and cleaned the windows so much better than I was able to do. I could not open the windows inwardly, but they were able to and they removed the screens which other companies would not. Thus the windows had not been cleaned for years and they were an eyesore from the inside when the morning sun was at its brightest. I absolutely appreciate their service. I have spoken to several people who stated that I paid too much. I live on the second floor of a condominium that does not provide this service. I do not know what the going rate for cleaning windows is. All I can say is that I am pleased with my eight windows and balcony doors."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes, many services include cleaning as part of the repair process. Confirm with your provider.

Yes, pros use specialized solutions and pressure settings tailored to surface sensitivity.

The best time of year for roof cleaning depends on your local climate, but generally, late spring, summer, or early autumn are ideal. Plan to clean your roof on a day with dry weather and moderate temperatures.

Late spring and early summer are excellent for cleaning off grime accumulated after a snowy winter or wet spring. Summer often provides the necessary dry conditions, though in very hot climates, late spring may be more comfortable. Alternatively, cleaning in late autumn can clear away debris like leaves and branches before winter.

Avoid cleaning your roof when it is cold enough for water to freeze, as this can cause dangerous ice buildup.

To maintain metal roof health, schedule regular inspections, clear debris from gutters, and check for signs of corrosion.

To prolong the lifespan of a slate roof, perform regular maintenance. This includes conducting annual inspections to check for damaged or broken tiles and addressing any minor issues promptly. Clean the gutters regularly, remove any overhanging tree branches, and ensure the flashing remains intact to prevent leaks. For comprehensive care, consider scheduling periodic professional inspections.
