"Marvin and his team are excellent. They were prompt and rather than replacing a faucet, ended up fixing it for a saving of over $150! Also, the faucet they fixed was one where multiple plumbers said they could not fix and therefore needed to be replaced. One evens said they needed to break a wall! The original faucet is very expensive, so the $150 replacement was for a cheap Home Depot version. So yes, I would recommend them because of their skill and ability to get the job done. Also, very polite."

"Basement Remodeling just completed our basement remodeling project, on time and on budget. We couldn’t be more pleased! We investigated other remodeling companies but chose Basement Remodeling after our discussions with Eric, in part because we believed we could count on their expertise in handling the inevitable quirks of renovating a 70 year old house. Our project (and budget) was probably fairly modest when compared to many remodeling projects, and Eric offered suggestions for inexpensive problem solving (rehanging existing doors, for example) rather than trying to upsell us on other, more costly solutions. We fully renovated about one-third of the basement space which included the furnace, water heater and a small but completely unfinished laundry area. Basement Remodeling created an enclosed area for the furnace and water heater and neatly disguised the electric panel, adding a well-designed, efficient and attractive wet bar with cabinetry, appliances and a custom pantry. The renovation also included cosmetic upgrades to the rest of the basement space, adding new flooring and fresh paint. The space now looks absolutely terrific! The company took care of everything, from permitting to cleanup, and every person on the team was thoughtful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Any concerns we had along the way were addressed immediately and quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Basement Remodeling!"

"A-1 fencing did a great job with my fence and deck. When we requested an estimate with A-1, they came right on time (actually came earlier because they were already in the area) and listened patiently to everything we wanted to get done. They took care of the city permit for our deck and fence while we took care of the HOA permit, which made it very easy for us since we only had to manage one of the permits. Cesar and the team at A-1 was very responsive to my emails, texts, and calls which I really appreciated. When building the actual fencing and decking, the workers were really polite and meticulous. Our house overlooks a pretty steep cliff and our door leading to the deck is very high, so I applaud them for being able to create something so beautiful for us given the conditions they were facing. Throughout the process, Cesar updated me on the timeline of everything and anytime I had a question, I could always call him and have my questions answered. "I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure.
