My house has a side entrance which made the move pretty challenging, but the excellent crews who moved the piano out and back in were very creative in accommodating the challenge with the front door and they took great care not to damage my railings on the stoop. The team arrived early for our 1500 hrs appointment. They consulted with the person selling the piano to us to optimize the process to exit of the piano from the back of the house to the truck. My family and I arrived shortly after that and signed the final paperwork.

The team got to work and had the piano out of the house and in the truck within 10 minutes. It was moved to our house. Unpacking and moving it into our house and to our front room probably took 5 minutes. The speed and efficiency were amazing. We watched them and the care they took to ensure the safety of the piano was comforting to us. Good job, team!
