"I hired them to remove heavy CRT TVs & converter boxes from my elderly mom's house. They told me 2 men would show up at 1:30, but only one (Sean) showed up ahead of schedule. As a result, he was ready to leave as I showed up at 1:25, making it a DISASTER.
