"I could not ask for a better outcome. Chris picked up a few pieces from our storage locker and disposed of it as needed. He even sweep it clean so it was perfect for inspection by the storage company . I was so grateful cause I do not live close to the storage facility and there was no way we could make the drive. He called back in a timely manner and kept me informed each step of the way as well as sending photos putting me at ease. "I had a great experience with Precision Renovation and Construction. They were much cheaper and easier to work with than the other contractors I spoke to about my job. I called them Sunday, someone came out to give me an estimate Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday. They charged me $200 to remove a large concrete block and repair some patio pavers. Other contractors quoted me several hundred more. James was very friendly and did a great job."

"Jerome and his team were amazing and got our job done in the time estimated. They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. They also had to repair a brick staircase and hand-ground out each mortar joint. Their work was thoughtfully done and impeccable. I canâ t recommend them highly enough."
