"I could not ask for a better outcome. Chris picked up a few pieces from our storage locker and disposed of it as needed. He even sweep it clean so it was perfect for inspection by the storage company . I was so grateful cause I do not live close to the storage facility and there was no way we could make the drive. "Jerome and his team were amazing and got our job done in the time estimated. They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs. They also had to repair a brick staircase and hand-ground out each mortar joint. Their work was thoughtfully done and impeccable. I canâ t recommend them highly enough."

"I had a great experience with Precision Renovation and Construction. They were much cheaper and easier to work with than the other contractors I spoke to about my job. I called them Sunday, someone came out to give me an estimate Monday, and they did the job on Tuesday. They charged me $200 to remove a large concrete block and repair some patio pavers. Other contractors quoted me several hundred more. James was very friendly and did a great job."
