"I hired them to remove heavy CRT TVs & converter boxes from my elderly mom's house. They told me 2 men would show up at 1:30, but only one (Sean) showed up ahead of schedule. As a result, he was ready to leave as I showed up at 1:25, making it a DISASTER. My mom had failed to lock her 12-yr-old dog in the kitchen, so he was in the way, but worse, he fell down a full flight of stairs (normally blocked off).
