"I hired them to remove heavy CRT TVs & converter boxes from my elderly mom's house. They told me 2 men would show up at 1:30, but only one (Sean) showed up ahead of schedule. As a result, he was ready to leave as I showed up at 1:25, making it a DISASTER. My mom had failed to lock her 12-yr-old dog in the kitchen, so he was in the way, but worse, he fell down a full flight of stairs (normally blocked off). She had also decided to donate multiple VCRs and DVD players, some of which were mine. Despite the confusion and my anger, Sean was very polite and brought the VCRs back to the house."
