"Walter was great. He and his helper arrived on-time and spent the whole first day busy. The second day he brought a different helper. They were very neat and cleaned up and covered the floor areas and our bed. They put in a barn door and had to install a header with drywall. They moved one light and put in 5 new lights.They also fixed one bathroom faucet that the cold and hot water lines had been switched. I would definitely recommend him to friends"

and professional in the midst of multiple move-in activities and vendors. She
took the time to explain to me the value of material types and pros and cons of
each choice we discussed. At the end of the day the estimate was HALF of all other
competitive bids.
The day of installation the installer was on time - professional, efficient and
took the time to explain everything to me as far as codes and motors. The job
came in as estimated budget-wise.

We contracted with CRG Remodeling in May 2019 for a kitchen and powder room remodel in Washington DC, and ended up doing much more, including LR/DR/hallway painting, plumbing fixes, and an office remodel. We found Cornelio to be honest, highly efficient, professional, responsive, can-do and flexible. He is easy to communicate with, punctual, skillful, and knowledgeable. The team fixed problems as needed and any additional work was priced fairly. He has an excellent crew which was capable of doing most of the work (floor sanding was done by others). "Frank is definitely not your typical contractor. He actually calls you back, emails you when you send him a note and texts back when you just need a quick answer to something. He's proactive with the timeline and finishes the job on time. From the moment my husband and I sent AMS an email, we knew he was going to be great - then I met him, and instantly liked and trusted him. When we weren't sure what to do with layout, floor choices/finishing options, etc. he was on point with his advice and we're so glad we listened to him.
We initially thought we could handle the electric (there were NO lights in the ceiling), but after further examination, we last minute decided to use his electricians - they were there the next day. What's great is that for each step in the project, he had a lot of guys just bust the work out. Most things were done within a day or two, and the 2-3 week timeline for everything, start to finish was spot on. 
We can't wait to tackle the kitchen next and throw Frank as much business as we possibly can. I've worked with a LOT of contractors, and the quality of work, overall responsiveness, and reasonableness in pricing is just not something I thought we could get all in one contractor. We highly recommend AMS!!!

"Robert arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional.  We have alot of LF of gutters and 12/12 pitch roofs and dormers.  He did the work quickly and cleanly, bagging all of the debris.  Normally, when I do it, the ground looks like a hurricane had been through but with K&R, I couldn't even tell the gutters had been cleaned.  Beautiful!
It can be difficult to hire someone for a job you would normally do yourself but, when it's necessary, it's great to find the right place. Thanks!
