"Dave and his employee did an awesome job removing my shed. I first contacted Dave my phone and then texted him pictures of the job. He stopped my house the same day to quote the job. I requested that he remove the shed two weeks later and we confirmed the day before. His responses were prompt by phone and text. He gave a window of arrival from 11 - 1, he called 12:45 to let me know he was on his way. The job was completed quickly and the area was completely cleaned before he left.

"Cornelio and his team did an outstanding job. From the beginning, Cornelio was professional, reasonable, and easy to work with. I stopped by the house almost every day during the 10 week process. Each time, I was impressed by how Cornelio did not take any shortcuts, but rather, made sure everything was done right. The pictures show that the final product turned out very well, but they don't show the craftsmanship behind the walls. Everything was inspected and passed the first time. The electrical and plumbing rough-ins were clean, the framing was professional, and the disruption was minimal. Highly recommend."

"The technician showed up a bit later than the scheduled time; however, was able to perform the job very quickly, in probably 10-15 minutes.  I called them because my garage door was frequently jamming and not opening.  This service solved the problem.  
The technician recommended additional replacement of the bottom rollers (which was not part of the package I bought) and replacement of the pulley system.  Since I'll likely replace the whole door system and lift next year, I only opted for the bottom rollers.
It would have been nice if they added more cleaning as part of the job -- I somewhat expected that as part of the "reconditioning" package.  Nevertheless, they performed well on the mechanical aspects of the job.
