The home inspector, prior to closing, discovered the house (with two attics) had barely 3" of insulation. as winter was quickly approaching and with the stress of purchasing a home, we quickly cast around to find the highest quality provider at the best price. He showed up on time as promised and did an extremely thorough job making sure both that the house was properly sealed from pests and had sufficient attic insulation, which was above the amount recommended by government agencies; all at a cost well below his competitors. we have been very warm and toasty during this winter and as a huge added bonus, our utility bills have been significantly lower than what the sellers told us they would be (just like David promised).
