"It was amazing! Let me say right off the bat that Ken from Floor Gem was great. We had some water damage and needed to get the floor replaced before Thanksgiving. We had a little mix-up on the installation date and time but Ken was fantastic and with incredibly short notice he was able to arrange a team to perform our install. They did an amazing job! "The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."
