Two day job 4hr per day Super efficient crew Left everything looking brand new

My elderly parents had their garage floor coated by Concrete Coating Systems. Everything looked great for the expensive $2,400. job. Now it is only 4 years later in a garage where there is virtually no activity (my parents no longer drive their late model car). Quiet space. There is now a large patch of coating that has broken off, exposing the concrete underneath. Obviously, a spot that had failed because of installation mistakes. The owner, Chuck Krug, told my mother that because of his costs, he would only be willing to come and redo the area for an additional $1,200.!!!!! Gee...thanks....Do not trust the work of this company to be durable. Do not trust them to back up their product and work. I hope they rethink their customer service because there are better coating services out there!!!

Chuck came out and assessed the situation, made recommendations, even selecting the type and color of the floor coating. The guys who did the work were extremely nice and professional. This won't be a typical review, since it wasn't smooth sailing and yet I am assigning outstanding ratings. There was a problem with the first application of my garage surface. There was a "dip," probably caused by a grider, in the underlying concrete that caused a shallow but noticeable divot in the result. Chuck Krug, the principal, agreed to re-coat my garage floor 2 additional times (3 altogether) to fix that problem area. There was no argument, just agreement to do the job right. Everyone has a problem from time to time. Professionals resolve them properly. CCS stands by their work, and can be trusted to finish the job right. They were already paid in full after the first application, yet came back twice after to make sure I was satisfied! That's integrity.

Great service! They did exactly what they said they would do. Owner is knowledgeable and even offered military discount. When the weather was right the crew came out and knocked out the job.
