"Juan arrived a bit later than expected but got to work and did the jobs, running to Home Depot for needed parts which I didn't know we needed. He explaned things to me and knew what he was doing. He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! I have returned the vanity to Home Depot! He didn''t waste time talking to me but did talk to himself (or on his phone ) while he worked! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. I would use him again if he was from near Frederick, but he came from Baltimore! I'd rather use local tradesmen...."

"Very good- problem solved but socket in fixture was not possible to be repaired- tech recommended new fixture telling me it was not cost effective to take it down and rewire- we followed his advice. Responsible company- did not charge for a follow up call. Realized it was part of the same problem."

"The generator didn't function for a while. It turned out to be an internal connection issue. They were difficult to deal with regarding this problem. They just walked away after the install and the subsequent visits. This went on for a month. They'd come back out, get it working, and it would fail. They also sold us a cold weather kit that I didn't anticipate buying, and they said that this kit was causing the issue. Finally, a tech took the entire morning to resolve our issue. He found that there was a wire not plugged in. After he plugged it in, everything was fine."

"Things went well. Russ Piper came out and met with me - to see what the project entailed. Meeting went well, I fully understood what they were going to do. I got a quote back quickly and moved forward with it.   When the plumber (Plumb Crazy)came out to see what needed to be done, I had some options .  I decided to have a higher service line brought into the home - now BGE is involved.   Without further stories - it took many weeks to get BGE to install the higher service, Throughout, this process, Benfield and the plumber where checking in with me for progress.  And when the inspections where all complete - they came right out and finished the installation."

I've had previous jobs done by them but forgot to write a review here (sorry). Each job has been preformed superbly. The guys only took about 15 minutes to replace the kitchen ceiling light. They were also very knowledgeable about concerns I had in general about electrical fires (a worry of mine) and they eased my mind plus gave me tips to avoid those events."

"Chad was excellent. He cleaned out the light fixtures to see if it was accumulation of dirt. The lights needed to be replaced and since he would have to come back to replace them he did not charge me. Just to install a new outlet. Super professional and courteous. Would totally use again. Will be my go to foe elcxtrician needs."

"Fantastic! We had a tenant destroy part of the wall, which required spackeling and painting within 2 days before the new tenant moved in. Earl was so accommodating and made sure to come the next day after I called him, all for a reasonable price. Can't beat that! Then Earl hung a new hanging light fixture in my double entry foyer. It was difficult to find a ladder to reach that high and Earl looked all around the greater Baltimore Annapolis area to find one. (Note that 3 electricians basically said it was impossible without scaffolding and wanted to charge 3 times Earl's rate). Earl really is terrific and is my go-to handyman!"

Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.
