"About three months ago, I purchased a blown glass lamp shade suspended on a wrought iron pendant. As originally installed, the light hung down 30". This was too long (as short as I am, I could see the lights inside). Able replaced the original pendant with one that resulted in a final length of 24" -- a great improvement. The electrician arrived a few minutes early (preferred to arriving late) and he wore shoe covers upon entering the house (appreciated given the amount of rain we've had lately). Although he received two calls from Able pertaining to other jobs during my installation, he still completed the task within the hour I paid for. One strange thing about Big Deal fulfillment: when I previously purchased these, they were pre-paid, with Angie's collecting the money and distributing it to the contractor. Apparently, this no longer happens. WHY? It was a great convenience to the customer."

"Juan arrived a bit later than expected but got to work and did the jobs, running to Home Depot for needed parts which I didn't know we needed. He explaned things to me and knew what he was doing. He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! I have returned the vanity to Home Depot! He didn''t waste time talking to me but did talk to himself (or on his phone ) while he worked! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. I would use him again if he was from near Frederick, but he came from Baltimore! I'd rather use local tradesmen...."

"The provider performed the service and explained why our light fixture wasn't working properly. Since it was simply a matter of not screwing a light bulb in properly he only charged a service fee and not labor plus gave me 10% off."

"The salesperson that came to look at the job/s was extremely professional. He helped me fix and overhead light and changed all of my kitchen recessed lights during our meeting. The price he quoted was $700.00 less then Mr. Electric. The work was completed the next day. They electricians were great. The only reason I didn't give an "A" on quality is because when they replaced a GFI with a new bright white switch, they left the old dingy ivory switch plate on it. It is a totally eye sore. i would have paid the extra for a new white switch plate. I didn't notice it until they left. I would have certainly said something. Great job over all. I would use again!"

They were also very knowledgeable about concerns I had in general about electrical fires (a worry of mine) and they eased my mind plus gave me tips to avoid those events."

"Chad was excellent. He cleaned out the light fixtures to see if it was accumulation of dirt. The lights needed to be replaced and since he would have to come back to replace them he did not charge me. Just to install a new outlet. Super professional and courteous. Would totally use again. "Fantastic! We had a tenant destroy part of the wall, which required spackeling and painting within 2 days before the new tenant moved in. Earl was so accommodating and made sure to come the next day after I called him, all for a reasonable price. Can't beat that! Then Earl hung a new hanging light fixture in my double entry foyer. It was difficult to find a ladder to reach that high and Earl looked all around the greater Baltimore Annapolis area to find one. (Note that 3 electricians basically said it was impossible without scaffolding and wanted to charge 3 times Earl's rate). Earl really is terrific and is my go-to handyman!"

Saw Re-Bath at the Fall Maryland Home & Garden show and requested a free at home consultation.  John Vesperman, who is an owner, came to my home and advised me what they could do for me to fix my problem with my hall bath.  I also had him look at my master bath and asked if he could re caulk my tub and walls and install a couple of grab bars plus a new tub spout.  He did not pressure me to sign a contract at the time of consultation.  He advised me to visit their showroom to see the tub and wall systems in full size to be sure I was getting the color and style wall system and tub I wanted.  Only after I was sure I was getting what I wanted did he write the contract.  He even gave me a $500 discount for seeing them at the Home Show.  After John received the materials he worked with my schedule to do the job, so I did not have to miss any time at my job.  John and his father Bill, who is also an owner, came on time and started by laying protective runners in the path to my bathroom not to dirty my carpets and hardwood floor in the entry way.  They kept any dust and debris contained not to mess up my home during the demolition of the old tub and tile walls. 

Everything went as John said it would. NO SUPRISES.  I'm VERY happy with my new hall bath and spruced up master bath.  I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting bathroom remodeling done. Thanks John & Bill for a great job.
