"Contacted quickly by Ms Leigh from Mr Handyman who set up the work around my schedule. I made sure she knew that my condo was on the 3rd floor, which said wasn't a problem. The work day turned out to be snowy and icy. The team reached out in a timely manner to let me know they MIGHT be late, which was appreciated.
