"We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained."

Communication was excellent, crew worked as a tight team; this was a very large oak, it had a trunk of over 54" in diameter and overhung both my neighbors and my house, along with the homes power lines - truly a lot of challenges. The price included taking the tree down, hauling the trunk, cutting the branches to length that would fit in my free standing fireplace, and grinding the stump - all for significantly less than other estimates received - more in line with the cost I was expecting. The work crew arrived on time even though it was a hellishly hot day. Very carefully took down one tree which was between my deck and fence and trimmed back another one about 50%. Excellent clean up, very satisfied and would definitely hire them again. My neighbor had them come out a week later to take down a tree for him."
