"We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained."

I made a post in a local group looking for recommendations and Calvert Tree Experts came highly recommended. When I spoke to Crystal, on Sunday, she was out of town but said she would come to my house that evening. She came to my home, took pictures, explained everything to me. Extremely accommodating and personable. I was worried to do anything without permission from my insurance, so I asked to wait until Monday when I got the green light from them. I was initially told no but I was also lucky to find an amazing Contractor that came out and got the emergency work approved quickly. At that point it was already Monday evening but I reached out to Crystal and the crew was here within an hour and had everything taken care of.
