"We hired them in the summer and in the winter because of the dead tree they missed the first time. They did a good job of getting the dead trees and limbs out, but they trampled multiple small plants that we had just planted and put their equipment on top of our delicate shrubs, even though we asked them not to. They moved our stones and put them on top of our newly planted herbs, destroying part of the herbs. They did replace one plant after I complained."

When I spoke to Crystal, on Sunday, she was out of town but said she would come to my house that evening. She came to my home, took pictures, explained everything to me. Extremely accommodating and personable. I was worried to do anything without permission from my insurance, so I asked to wait until Monday when I got the green light from them. I was initially told no but I was also lucky to find an amazing Contractor that came out and got the emergency work approved quickly. At that point it was already Monday evening but I reached out to Crystal and the crew was here within an hour and had everything taken care of. The whole team was extremely professional, personable and reliable. They definitely helped with a stressful situation."

"We had a large pine tree fall in our yard, and it was time to trim the other trees, so we purchased an Angies List deal, $1799 for 8 hours of tree service.  When the arborist came out to assess the work, my husband could readily tell that he knew what he was doing, unlike the last company we had hired.  The crew arrived on the agreed upon date and worked despite rainy weather, until it was too dangerous to continue.  They came back about a week later to finish their 8 hours.  They did a very good job.  We paid an extra $250 to have the stump of the fallen tree ground up.  We still have some trees that the crew was unable to get to during their time, but definitely plan on having them come back.
