We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"This job was part of a whole house painting job the company did on a single family house I was putting on the market. It has two levels of hardwood floors, 15 windows and one patio door. There is a kitchen and two full bath an powder room. The crew did a great job, especially with the professional range (Wolf 36") and range hood (Vent-a-Hood, 900 cfm) that saw some heavy cooking over the past few years. They did miss two windows. I'm sure if I pointed out in time, Amilcar will work on them. But given the great job they did overall, I have nothing to complain. Amilcar is very responsible and responsive. It was a pleasure working with him."
