After nearly a year of trying to decide on flooring and an installer, I finally found Porter&Porter. One home visit with samples and an extensive Q&A session (which Mr. Porter himself obliged us) and we were sold on the product and their service. Within approximately 3 weeks we had the floor we had just spent 10 months looking for. Porter &Porter has 2 new customers for life.

Carpet installation was done professionally, with no hiccups. Carpet installer David arrived on time and did a great job installing the carpet. Based on his experience, he made a suggestion to place the carpet where the carpet install would seam perfectly with the existing carpet. Perfect!! Great suggestion, great fit. Parts of my hardwood floor buckled which required pieces to be removed and replaced. They were on time, matched the wood and stain perfectly & cleaned up afterwards. I can't even tell there was ever an issue with my floor. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!

They showed up on time and did wonderful job on my floors, The rason I hired them was becsue they showed up and gave me a fair estimate in person, several other companies wanted me take a picture and give them squre footage and they would email me a Quote.
