"Xtra care did a beautiful job building the patio which included flagstone and building a retaining wall. The quality of the construction was excellent, the crew was very professional (leaving a clean construction site everyday), work was completed on time and as agreed, the price was competitive. Will definitely hire them again."

"Augie and his crew did an excellent job on my yard. He came out very soon after I put in my request and gave a full written estimate of work to be performed. Once I scheduled he accommodated my needs and dates. His crew showed up early and managed to complete the work in an very efficient manner. He even mowed my yard which was a last minute request ! They cleaned up leaves, weeded, removed dead bushes, trimmed trees, mulched beds, edged my entire property. They also performed grass treatment. I will certainly be using him and his team moving forward for all my landscaping needs."

"I had leaves and twigs to remove last Saturday and I didn't have the right equipment to do the job. I went online to look at equipment rentals and/or landscaping companies that could do the job. RD7 Landscaping got in touch with me within minutes of my web search. An RD7 rep came out to my home and gave me an estimate for the yard work (done the following Monday). RD7 did a fantastic job. I highly recommend RD7 to do any yard project you may have."

In some cases, you may choose to have a pro encapsulate or enclose your lead-based paint surface by covering it with a sealant or a new material. You may also choose to replace the material altogether.

It is safe to remove old linoleum, but it may require the help of a specialist due to the risk of asbestos in the material. Before you cut into linoleum or try to peel it up, have it tested for asbestos. If it tests positive, professionals will need to remove it to prevent the risk of health issues from airborne toxic particles. If it’s asbestos-free, DIY removal is possible and safe.
