Pat came out and he was great. He walked me through his assessment of our trees in the front and the back, what each needed, which and what were priorities, and an initial ballpark figure. I will note that the Angie's List deal that they were offering did backlog them a bit. It did not seem they were ready for the demand that the deal generated. It did take them a little while to get back to me, but they did everything in their power to accommodate me (including coming out on their day off because it was better for my schedule).
