"I spoke to the owner we arranged a time. He was very flexible with the appointment. Called me during the time window to let me know when he would arrive. The existing toilet was very old and when it was removed the floor was gross and the installer cleaned all around it before placing the new toilet down. This was my first experience replacing a toilet and it went very well. I will use this company when I have more projects in my home. "
"We were very pleased with the quality of work delivered on our project to repair our indoor stair railing. Over a period of two decades our cat had used the railing posts as a scratching post. We were concerned that the repair might not be esthetically pleasing without a full replacement. We were delighted that a pleasing and economical solution was delivered for this project in the promised timeframe. The assigned worker communicated well, offered options and delivered beyond our expectations."
"Mr. Smith did an outstanding work and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Mr. Smith was punctual and completed the work within 5 days as stipulated in the contract. I am also satisfied with the carpeting/flooring subcontractor that Mr. Smith used. I will definitely consider J.L. Smith Repair and Remodeling for future home repair and improvement projects. "
"The worker was actually over an hour early. Highly unusual, but welcomed. The worker did an exceptional job with all targeted areas. He also provided advice on touch ups for each area. "
"One task was cutting and trimming a new rug and rolling out into room. They did say they were not carpet installers. But they did a great job. They cut and trimmed and laid carpeting out perfectly. Other tasks were installing shelving in the kitchen and bath. Again, they did a great job. We discussed placement of shelves, they made a couple helpful suggestions, and then did the job. When they were finished they cleaned up any mess and moved items that had been moved back into place. I will definitely hire them again.

"Management suggested having second man arrive for about a half hour to assist in lifting two large framed pieces. Work was scheduled for 9:00 am. First worker arrived at 7:50 and second arrived at 8:30. First worker installed hook, then remained for entire time, briefly assisting second (more skilled) worker hang the large pieces, otherwise talking and watching the entire time. In short we ending up paying for two handymen when only one did all the work, at a cost of well over $500. We politely brought this to the company’s attention. The phone representative agreed regarding the original plan, but we have heard nothing further. In our estimation, the first worker was not capable or equipped to do the job and we ended up paying for him to hang around while the work was done by his colleague. The final cost was outrageous and lack of response very disappointing to say the least."

Once you rule out companies with poor reviews and a history of complaints, contact the remaining options and ask the following questions to find the right installer for you:
Will you pull permits if required?
Do you offer a warranty?
How long do you expect the installation to take?
Do you have experience working with the specific playground material I want?
Many suppliers offer installation services, either directly or through reliable subcontractors. Discuss these needs when ordering, as they may require additional scheduling or payment.
Costs depend on equipment size, site preparation, and additional features like soft ground covering.
