Solid work at a great price. Jobs involved fixing a roof, a wall, a ceiling/drywall, and repainting a room. All were accomplished quickly, on time, for an affordable budget, and with a smile. Will absolutely rehire Cadel for our next home repair projects.

It saddens me to write this negative review as I am a small business owner myself. Also, because Cadel Construction were friendly to deal with but they over promised and under delivered. I have patches in my wall and ceiling. The ceilings that they said they would paint were left unpainted. They did not remove the light switch covers so I am left to replace them. That is extra money I have to spend and I thought it was standard that those would be removed. One small wall was left completely unpainted. They offered to come back but at that point I was beyond disappointed and did not want their services anymore.

The handyman rushed through the job, did not finish painting, caulking, and molding, and did not bring the materials I had to buy the materials then he left without completing the because he thought that it was complete, he left the job because he said that he was going to do another job. I paid more than what I got.

We hired him to replace switches and plugs. He agreed to project cost for a lumpsum price. His work was shoddy, and multiple times did not work. He had to get another electrician to fix it. He argued with us that cost now changes to $ 15.00 per plug with our material. I used Angis first time and vendors like this make me re-think about using Angi in the future.

It's important to hire a professional but when the professional Exhibits a great bed side manner the experience is even better. I would definitely use Cadel Construction again.

Sent a plumber (Brian) who has no formal training. The job quoted was to install a high-end new faucet set with a sprayer and replace the cold water valve under the sink that could not be shut off manually anymore. Reviewed the same with him when he started. Appeared to do a good job on the faucet set at first. But discovered after he left that he did not replace the non-closing valve; did not plug the garbage disposal back in; and left out the washer in the sprayer, which led to a flood under the sink. Also, Brian told me that he had no formal training in plumbing and learned by watching videos online. I paid for a professional that would do the entire job and do it right. I got a pleasant amateur who tried but failed to do all the work I paid for and who did not right get all the work he did do. I had to fix the problems I could myself. The bad valve remains as it was. I feel I am due a partial refund for the work not done and for the work done incorrectly that I needed to redo myself.

Carlos from Cadel called promptly, came out quickly to provide a written estimate, and completed all the work. He did an outstanding job. I even had him do more work, because he was just that good. He prices were fair and his work quality was extremely high. Definitely will be using him more and recommending him to others.
