While he measured the rooms it gave us time to discuss what colors we would be comfortable with. He gave us a good price. The end result was beautiful. "We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! "This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. They advised us not to spend the money for a new install on the first floor at this time as the wear on the floor was uneven and the heavy areas would be fine with a refinish.
