They were always been good. they are also good on repairs. They almost do everything in the house. They have a very good customer service, good track on everything that they do. Fair Pricing for their works.

I hired this contractor for numerous jobs and to prepare my apartment for us to move in. First I had him remove wallpaper and paint which we have had issues with chipping and it not laying flat which has been caused from not paying attention to detail and not properly removing the wallpaper and prepping the walls correctly. We requested and paid to have Satin in a few rooms in which he said he did and we found that he really used flat paint instead. Along with this he also was supposed to paint 2 coats and we have had issues with chipping where you can see it has only 1. They were supposed to paint the closest as well which they did not do. We hired them to do various electrical and plumbing work as well which we are running into issue with. My microwave is not properly working, some of the ceiling fans are not working properly along with a few other problems which have all come from poor work. We had them install carpet as well which we have found that was also done improperly. You can see seams and the carpet has had to be stretched multiple times since the work even though the carpet was brand new. On top of all of this they threw away a list of items without permission including drapery, mirrors, etc. They had 3 weeks to do the work and said they would be able to meet the deadline which they did not, they did a halfway job and we ended up having to stay in a hotel due to the unmet expectations. They did pay back some amount of money for the terrible work but I will have to spend a lot of time, money and effort correcting all of the mistakes made by this company.

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed] property was done 3 years ago and has destroyed her property. Their very overweight bodies and the parkinsons her husband has torn the carpet and seams up and we have been there several times to try to seam the carpet. The microwave is over 10 years old and has finally decided not to work any longer. They have pulled all the towel holders off the walls using them for support of their bodies. They had to stay in a hotel because they dropped their furniture in the whole condo prior to the end of the first week and gave us no room to walk. The son decided to change the electrical in the middle of the job and it was not part of our estimate. This person who had abused everyone from the first day in there put all items in a pile to be thrown away and is a compulsive liar and tried to rip off Savon Contracting. She threatened to write this letter because the home Improvement commission sided with Savon after investigating the claims she had. Savon Contracting has been in business for 30 years and have had a total of 3 complaints which is expected. Mrs. [Member Name Removed] herself stopped us from meeting her deadline on purpose. She also had our guys do work for her on the side and not pay them. 2 men were fired for this and she just laughed. The chipping paint on the walls are from the plumbing leaks in this condo that she chose to ignore and I believe this is still probably going on. The closets were not painted because the woman put her clothes and other things inside the closet I gladly go to fix anything someone is not happy with. I recommend nobody do any work for [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed] because they will try very hard to rip you off."

I THINK THAT THEY WERE BASICALLY ON TIME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT, AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THEM EACH YEAR.
