"JES left my home in worse shape and won’t return my calls to come repair the damage left. I reached out to them to install a joist support system under my kitchen so that I can renovate this year. There were floor joists under the back door that had been cut during a renovation about 30 years ago. JES installed a jack system but then left my foundation under the door where you can literally see daylight from the basement. I brought this up to the crew before they left late Friday night (they worked long hours just to “finish” without even asking me if it was okay to trap me at home that late), and the lead just shrugged at me. Shortly after they left, it rained, and sure enough, water poured into my electrical room and all over the freshly poured concrete. I called Friday night, sent an email and text with videos, and called today 3 times. Each time the “production manager” is “busy.” Before this, they were perfectly capable of blowing up my phone to see if I could schedule sooner. JES is seriously lacking in work planning and professionalism."

"This is an update to the previous review of CAC. Joel Cac has several business names. Bottom line is this guy is a total thief. He still refuses to repair the joke he created in my new home in Laurel. I had to hire several Contractors and spend thousands to correct the work Cac and Punj Holdings did to our new home. Punj Holdings is really Kuljit Singh and his gas station on 100 South Main Street in Bridgeville Delaware. Singh finances Cac and together they are ripping people off by building inferior homes with reclaimed products using illegal immigrants to construct homes that a third grade class could erect better. Mr. Singh has been convicted of bringing and distributing illegal drugs in our country. Now, he is building homes. If you see anything funded, built or for sale by Cac Home Builders or Punj Holdings...Please reconsider. Any person capable of bringing illegal drugs to our country that injured or killed many people should never be allowed to be in any business at all. I defended this Country and if my defense somehow permitted these two to function illegally and in full view? I am ashamed! Buyer Beware...currently Cac and Singh have a home for sale in Tussock Estates in Laurel. It has been on the market for about 200 days.
