"I hired them to lift the concrete pad of our garage to level. We leveled our garage floor so that the subsequent new garage doors would meet squarely with the garage floor. Stabil was professional, effective, communicated clearly - even through unexpected surprises, and very courteous. Their cost was reasonable compared to another company, and the whole process was far less hassle, mess and cost compared to tearing up and pouring a new concrete pad. I would highly recommend."

"Had jacks installed to raise/level the floors in the entire house and had joists sprayed to counter mold. Also leveled out dirt floor and spread the dirt to make the ground more level. Had a second crew come in that installed new fireproof crawl space insulation, insured holes in foundation were filled, covered the crawl space floors in plastic (under entire house) and installed a dehumidifier Included electrical source for the equipment). Also added replacement doors to the crawl space. Erik W.'s crew as well as Anthony M., Jeremyah S. and Carl H. on the second crew did an outstanding job, are great people, and were hard workers in extremely hot weather. Their 2 hour commute to my home (and a 2 hour return) did not slow them down. They were all very polite and accomodating and keep us informed as to their progress. They did a very good job of cleanup in the end. I highly recommend JES and would hire them again in a heartbeat. They obviously know their trade and are experts at it. HIring JES was a great decision."

I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. "I moved into my house about two years ago and would get floods in my basement during every storm. I tried to fix it myself environmentally, but failed in my attempts. I then decided to finally fix the problem and get my basement waterproofed. Being relatively new to Delaware, I put in a request to get free estimates. I had a few companies come out to look at it and narrowed my choices down. I was down to Basement Waterproofing Specialists (BWS) and Basement Gurus. The difference was the representative from Basement Gurus had a more natural approach and took the time to ask numerous questions, as the other representatives asked little to no questions. The Basement Gurus representative suggested to fix internally AND externally, plus they even added a lateral system in my basement. No other company felt to even thought of a lateral systems or external drainage, or to even ask about it. I could not speak more highly of the representative and his team at Basement Gurus, they took the time to explain every step and the process before and during the installation to keep me involved with what was going on. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of my house, they were very efficient and they "did not play games" for lack of a better word. lol The very next day we had heavy rains, which I was excited to test out my waterproofing system! During and after it rained there was not even a single drop of water in my basement or laundry room. The representative even had his team remove and replace all of the studs that had become moldy and also put in new mold resistant drywall.
