"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

"Nice person who left water on hardwood floor and both rugs quite wet.  There was a conspicuous brown stain on the front skirt of the couch that was not there before--he thinks mud on the hose caused it. . .???

He is supposed to come back and clean it.  Pillows are still piled up as it is drying, so can't tell yet about the overall quality of the job.  That was 2/9--as of 2/15 he had never contacted me, so I cleaned the skirt of the sofa myself.    He told me that the furniture would dry in 6-8 hrs.--after 48 hrs. both were still damp to the touch.

"They came on time and not within a crazy big window. The plumber was thoughtful about his shoes. He accomplished the work with very little input from me (getting 3 kids off to school) and the best part is that my toilets don't run at intervals that wake me up.  Awesome job.

Answers and telephone numbers were left for me to call if/should I want to change the configuration of anything done to the walls. More cabinets, hooks, etc. I found them to be an excellent provider. When I called, they came out within seven days or whatever the appointment time. They met the appointment time. They were prompt. The guy provided good service and they left a 24-hour emergency number in case anything should happen. "
