"DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality materials throughout, not builder-grade. This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. "Before my 96-year-old father moved in with us, I contacted Handypro of Washington to assess our house for needed safety modifications. Ali came out and walked through the house, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and proposed helpful modifications. Despite me changing my mind a few times as to which modifications I wanted done, Ali accommodated me without complaint. His crew efficiently installed an attractive grip bar in my raised foyer (above the step into the kitchen), 2 grab bars in the shower, and a handrail for my garage steps. My father uses them all today, which gives me much peace of mind. For future modifications/installations (possibly a chairlift and a second handrail for the basement stairs), I will call Ali and Handypro again. I am pleased with their work!"

"Allen and Jeff did all the work themselves. They arrived everyday at a set time, which they texted before they arrived, and left 8+ hours later. They ate their lunch on the job. It was obvious they had certain goals for their work each day. They included us in everything from where to place toilet, sink and grab bars to color, etc. They made recommendations for purchasing sinks, counter tops, etc, but let us choose how to purchase, through them or us. They showed us exactly what they were doing every step of the way. They checked every measurement to carefully lay tile, floor, hang vanity and dry wall, even using a level to hang shower curtain rod. We had complete confidence in their work. I never felt that I had to check on how they were doing things, which was a first for work done in our homes. We highly recommend ARMS Home Improvement for any job at your home. "Ronal works with his little brother, wife, and another bud. All are very nice and respectful of your home. We had a custom shower install 10 yrs ago, but after excessive use by the whole family (4 of us every day...) and a still-settling house, it developed a leak in the lower shower corner. We only needed the lower 18" of tile wall to be replaced (it's still available), a new shower pan and floor, structure inspected and repaired if needed, and we added a new bathroom floor and toilet to the job. No plumbing, electrical, or cabinetry were needed as it was all still kinda fancy and in great shape. Ronal was the only response out of about 10 from Angi's list that would agree to do this partial bathroom repair/remodel. ALL THE OTHERS offering estimates demanded to do a full gut and replacement. His attention to detail is excellent, and the grout colors and gaps match perfectly. We are having him back for our downstairs bathroom and are recommending him to any others needed tile-based home improvement. 10 out of 5 stars!"

"We had just bought our first home, a fixer upper, and had no idea where to start first. We had a list of many projects we would need to do over time and a budget we had to stick to. Devin came to look at our house and listened to all of our wants and needs as we explained the ideas we had in mind. After discussing our options we decided to start with the least attractive room in house. It was a small room that had our washer and dryer in it. We had no space in the house for an eating table and only two small closets in the whole house. So, Devin and his staff turned the space into a beautiful sunny room big enough for a dining table and two much needed storage closets with shelving, one of which also stores our washer and dryer out of sight. It looks amazing! He widened the doorway from the kitchen to the room, moved the back exit door to a more sensible location, installed 4 new windows, and laid a tile floor with an inlay border. He also installed new outlets and recessed lighting. While completing the project Devin discovered things that had been done improperly by previous owners and he repaired them to code (joists in the floor, drainage for the washer...). He noticed everything and made sure that the new room was built without any imperfections. We love the room and can't imagine not having the extra storage space. It was the best thing we ever did!"
