"Catherine, We do not allow any "aggressive bullying behavior" in our company. Under no circumstances. Even with customers like you. We are a professional company and will remain that way. Not even within our employees is that behavior tolerated. We have more than 100 5 star reviews. We worked very hard for that and will continue to do so. Your review does not represent us at all. We never "demanded" payment upfront. In fact, we told you you did not have to pay upfront but once we were done. This is also not a "scam". We agreed on a price upon meeting you and you allowed us to start the work on your property. The big trip hazards on your driveway done by a previous company were fixed. Even your neighbors thanked us for fixing the problem on your driveway. Since it was not in uniform with everyone else's driveway. Upon almost completing project you decided to cancel us and decided to only want to pay $400. Which is nothing close to the work we did. The "mess'' & "dust" were cleaned and pressured washed. Your neighbors are witnesses of the hard work we did and the clean up we proceeded to do. We tried speaking to you today to just come to an agreement and move on but you did not allow us. It is a shame that you refuse to pay what you owe and then proceed to make up lies about my company. At this point you can keep your money. All we ask is you remove this false review. If this is not fixed we will have to take legal action."
"Ms. Cathy, upon first meeting you to discuss the potential project we discussed two options; either 12-18 weeks to get the same color that you already have existing on your driveway or 1-2 weeks for something to match as close as possible to your existing pavers. You agreed for us to take you samples that would take 1-2 weeks and to match as close as possible to your existing pavers. Then, we brought you two samples and you told our supervisor to cancel the job and did not allow us to return to show you other options.
