"It went very well. Paul told me on the phone they would arrive between 8-10, and I received a text message at 8:15 letting me know they would be at my house in approximately 20 minutes. When they arrived they were kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I have two small kids and so unfortunately there was more 'stuff' lying out and about than I ever would have cared for when they came. Instead of letting that deter them, they organized the stuff and didn't let that impact where they were able to clean (I would have totally understood if they didn't). For instance, I had a pile of frames sitting on a ledge until my husband had time to hang them, and instead of just moving the pile and dusting underneath (or just working around the pile), they dusted the entire ledge and lined up the frames nicely on the ledge. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible.
