"It went very well. Paul told me on the phone they would arrive between 8-10, and I received a text message at 8:15 letting me know they would be at my house in approximately 20 minutes. When they arrived they were kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I have two small kids and so unfortunately there was more 'stuff' lying out and about than I ever would have cared for when they came. Instead of letting that deter them, they organized the stuff and didn't let that impact where they were able to clean (I would have totally understood if they didn't). For instance, I had a pile of frames sitting on a ledge until my husband had time to hang them, and instead of just moving the pile and dusting underneath (or just working around the pile), they dusted the entire ledge and lined up the frames nicely on the ledge. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "We can't review Majestic Moving and Storage highly enough.  They were absolutely delightful to work with. To start, they do in home estimates.  In the past, we've always used moving companies who make us estimate how big/heavy our furniture is and we're always wrong so the estimate is always wrong.  Our estimate was reasonable and completely accurate.  They provided a low end and a high end on the estimate to give us a guide of what it would cost if everything ran smoothly and what it would cost if we had a crazy snowy day.
On the day of the move, the team was a little delayed by traffic but they called to let us know. Once they arrived they unloaded our condo quickly - which is challenging because it's on the third floor of a garden style building.  There are no elevators and the staircases aren't very wide. They asked lots of questions about where items were going in the new house and loaded the truck in the order they'd unload it.  It took a little time but when they arrived at the new house, they were able to unload so quickly.  Even with their traffic delay, they finished well within the time estimate and actually below the low end price on the estimate.  
We didn't have a single damaged item in the move.  Honestly, we don't have a single complaint about the service we received.
