The RaLo electrician did a great job running new wire to install my outdoor camlight. He also informed me of a number of other issues he noticed and gave me good price to address those issues as well. I definitely recommend their services.

The electrician arrived on time wearing a mask. He tightened a loose wire on the kitchen ceiling fan and replaced an outdated ceiling fan in my den.

John came in and hooked up the wires, added switches for the recessed lights in the kitchen. He even prewired for an island hood vent... another project of mine later down the road. He did the work quickly and cleaned up well. I would use them again for another electrical projects in the near future.

I requested a quote through Angie's list and never received a response back so I decided to call them because of the wonderful reviews, and I am so very happy I did so. They mentioned they were having problems with the communications from Angie's list website. They were very prompt with responding back to me and came out to provide an estimate. Mike was awesome to work with, he was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. That same afternoon I received a written estimate and after comparing all estimates, I decided to go with RaLo, and I am happy that I did. Mike and his worker came on time, very professional and very friendly. They got straight to work and consulted with me throughout the job. The finished product looked great and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and will hire them again in a heart beat.

I had a great experience with this contractor. I called in the morning and happily they were able to meet me the same afternoon and fixed the problem! They effectively trouble shot the problem, made a run to the store to get the part needed and solve my problem just under two hours. I would definitely hire this company again. I liked the gentleman that came out and the services went well. I have a two-story foyer and he got that thing up there. They did everything and it wasn't too expensive. My memory was, they were on time and I liked the gentleman who came.

He was able to analyze the problem and found two areas of question. He replaced the breaker and went out to the hardware store to get a disconnect box to replace a tape wrapped connection. Everything was fixed at the minimum service call of $250. The young man was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased. They came out the same day I made the call.

Called company and explained situation. The electrician was there in 30 minutes. Explained the issue and fixed it within 15 minutes.

Great to deal with. Scheduled to come back and tweak the position of the lights. Will call them again with any other jobs I have.

Took a third visit instead of the originally planned two due to issues that came up, but all work was done professionally and my questions were answered as we went along. Price was competitive and I would hire again!

Great, these folks are my "go to" for my future electrical needs.

They were fine. They worked out just fine. They worked quite... you have to leave a message. There wasn't a receptionist or somebody to take calls right away so they were a little, I want to say slow. There wasn't immediate gratification in speaking with somebody. But they were responsive after that. I think they were professional and did a good job. It was my husband who interacted with them and it was positive. They were professional.

Mike was on time, professional, fast and efficient. He spotted the problem and fixed it in no time. Because I paid for two hours, he was able to do several small jobs as well. He even, without being asked, put back on the circuit breaker door which had been removed months ago. Ralo is now my company for electrical repairs.

Great. Came as scheduled, and everything was repaired and functioning when Mr. Raleigh departed. Charged $200.00 for two hours of labor - well worth not having to deal with dangerous electrical situations. Mike is a master electrician and is fully bonded and licensed.

We recently bought a new home and needed some electrical work done. We contacted RaLo rather late one evening when we had issues with installing our new programmable thermostat, surprisingly someone answered the phone and said they could get someone out the next morning. Mike showed up on time and after discussing the issue with my husband, he went right to work and had us up and running in no time. Our new home has an unfinished basement and while we plan on finishing it we know it might take some time to fit in the budget, in the meantime we decided one outlet was not enough and decided to get some more installed. Based on his previous work, we didn't hesitate to call RaLo and schedule the work. Mike showed up right on time and after expaining what we wanted done in our unfinished basement, we discussed and he explained that most of the work we requested should wait until we finish the basement otherwise it would just be a waste of money because it would need to be redone once all the walls went up. We agreed on a temporary fix that we were very pleased with and he went right to work. Mike is very personable and professional which my husband and I really appreciate. We also like to support local businesses and are very glad to have found a great electrician we can rely on to get the job done. We are extremely pleased with RaLo's customer service, quality of work and price. We plan on using RaLo for several other projects in the very near future.
