John came in and hooked up the wires, added switches for the recessed lights in the kitchen. He even prewired for an island hood vent... another project of mine later down the road. He did the work quickly and cleaned up well. I would use them again for another electrical projects in the near future.

I requested a quote through Angie's list and never received a response back so I decided to call them because of the wonderful reviews, and I am so very happy I did so. They mentioned they were having problems with the communications from Angie's list website. They were very prompt with responding back to me and came out to provide an estimate. Mike was awesome to work with, he was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. That same afternoon I received a written estimate and after comparing all estimates, I decided to go with RaLo, and I am happy that I did. Mike and his worker came on time, very professional and very friendly. They got straight to work and consulted with me throughout the job. The finished product looked great and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and will hire them again in a heart beat.

I had a great experience with this contractor. I called in the morning and happily they were able to meet me the same afternoon and fixed the problem! They effectively trouble shot the problem, made a run to the store to get the part needed and solve my problem just under two hours. I would definitely hire this company again. RaLo Enterprise LLC, is one of my favorite contractors and the owner Mike, was AMAZING! He was prompt, friendly, trustworthy, reasonable and just plain AWESOME!!! I waited a year to have this work done because I was terrified of the cost and being ripped off. But, that was before I found RaLo!! Mike was pleasant, hard working and I have never been happier! He was able to analyze the problem and found two areas of question. He replaced the breaker and went out to the hardware store to get a disconnect box to replace a tape wrapped connection. Everything was fixed at the minimum service call of $250. The young man was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased. They came out the same day I made the call.

New panel took a while to get in, due to questionable previous wiring (it is a 45 year old house, so it had time to accumulate issues), but glad Master Electrician Dave took his time to make sure everything was correct and up to code (or better) for us. All our questions before and during the work were answered to our satisfaction, and we appreciated the team staying a bit late on the first visit (took three, but there were extenuating circumstances - probably only really needed two; and there was no extra charge!) to make sure the main house circuits were back on so we could cook our supper. It appeared that his assistants were slowing him down (with silly errors), but Dave fixed them and I have since heard that they no longer work for the company. I expect RaLo will be extra dilligent in their hiring of apprentices/helpers in the future and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and fellow Angie's List members!

Check the Maryland state DLLR Electrcian licensing board---there is no David Raleigh.

"You are correct in saying there is no Dave Raleigh licensed, at least not in our company. Dave E. is actually a Master Electrician and one of our highly trained staff members with over 40 years in the trade and does not have to hold the active master license through the state. James "Michael" Raleigh is the Owner of RaLo Enterprise LLC. carries the master license through the state of Maryland, his license number is 11761. I'd be happy to send you copies of the license as well as our Anne Arundel County license and City of Annapolis license and proof of proper insurances. Also, if you look under the states website to research our license you can enter our company name "RaLo Enterprise LLC" or any company you chose to do work with in the future and it can be pulled up that way. Thank you and I hope after you do some more research you will see we are properly licensed and insured and will change you rating on our company."

They were fine. They worked out just fine. They worked quite... you have to leave a message. There wasn't a receptionist or somebody to take calls right away so they were a little, I want to say slow. There wasn't immediate gratification in speaking with somebody. But they were responsive after that. I think they were professional and did a good job. It was my husband who interacted with them and it was positive. They were professional.
