So I'll start by saying I requested for a 75" and 55" television to be mounted on the wall for $740, to include outlet install. Long story short, the installer broke my 75" by pressing to hard against the screen during install. I didn't discover this until after he had left. I took pictures and sent to the owner, and I attempted to explain the situation to the owner, however he conveniently sides by his installer, and suggests that his staff would not break something and not report it. For anyone that that uses any installer be sure to check the quality of work before they leave your home. This is usually command practice however I was very busy that day. I get being loyal to staff that work for you, however to imply that the movers did it is crazy. The owner also said that his installers dont turn on the TVs after install, but how else are you going to know if the new outlets installed work? Let's make it make sense. The owner also doesn't understand by pressing to hard against any flat screen TV can cause damage. Honestly I wasn't expecting to be fully compensated, however there should be some level on accountability taken by the electrical service technician handling your devices.

Regrettably my experience has not been favorable, and darn right scary, when the Air Conditioning units were reconnected the appropriate wattage was not reestablished, instead of resetting for the correct wattage the amount made available was half the of required amount, now I'm looking at potentially having to replace the units. This level of incompetence is disappointing to say the least.

I received a call and one hour later the electrician showed up and quickly completed the job.

Outstanding service. I originally needed an electrician to determine why I lost power to ½ my house. What Jody uncovered was a defective circuit breaker and my main switches overheating and in the process of melting down. He was able to change out the panel and install new breakers immediately. I’m grateful for the prompt response by Gene and the professionalism of Jody and Brian.

I liked the fact that he came when he was supposed to and did the job right. I have been using the company for the last three or four years, so I really trust how they work and they've done many things around my house, such as putting in new electrical circuit box, etc.

I THOUGHT THAT THE WORKERS WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND YOU DON'T FIND THAT ALLOT AND HOW THEY WERE VERY WILLING TO PLEASE AND DISCUSSING WHAT THEY DID AND WHY THEY DID.
