BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. "Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! "Technicians arrived promptly in morning as scheduled. The old firnace, now 14
years old, in the attic (we have two furnaces) was taken out and
replaced with the new one. A furnace filter was installed with the new
furnace. Simultaneously, the old AC unit (14 years old) was removed and a new one
installed. The unit was much larger and the evergreens that screened the
unit had to be cut back by the technicians.
The old humidifier on the other furnace was removed (14 years old), and a new one installed.
A new thermostat was installed that is wifi enabled. I was given a brief
instruction on how to program it. All the associated paperwork was
given to me in a folder. All debris was cleaned up, The old furnace and
AC were taken away. Work was completed in four hours The furnace has functioned perfectly from the
beginning, and I had no need for any return calls. Later I requested
(and purchased at a very reasonable rate) a cover for the AC which they
brought around to me in a few days.
We received the rebate from the electric company on 20 December 2014."
