BFMD moved quickly to repair the cleanout and provided free line cleanings as we waited for the dig up. Scheduling of the dig up and replace was repeatedly delayed - nearly three weeks beyond the initial estimated start date - which was very frustrating as we were having sewer backups in our home. Can’t speak more highly of the plumbers on staff - Nick in particular. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly cared about their work and satisfaction of the clients. Management should work to improve scheduling process and establish clear internal policies to provide clients assurance of timeliness of work."

"Supper job, this was a difficult job. I did not know what was wrong with the toilet clog, it flooded out two floors over 7000.00. I first called Roto Rooter the fix it for two days. We were referred to Monster Plumbing and he came fixed it and told me if I had any more problems to call him again. Two later again toilet clogged. He came out with a scope and found some type of wiring that the builders dropped in during our rebuild after a fire. Pulled it out and what a relief super job!!! He was very assertive that he would find the problem. GREAT JOB!!!"

"Ensor has received a lot of hate here but we had the exact opposite experience. Our main sewer line clogged late on a Thursday night. Jason came and was extremely thorough. He was clean, really respectful of our house, explained everything he was doing and why (I ask a lot of questions), and on and on. Their team came on time, and removed old system. Installed new system, and re routed system lines better than previous installer at no cost. Even insulated exterior lines and added additional protection for them. Leveled the compressor. And installed a better humidifier. All while in these trying times? Social distancing was maintained even when they walked me through the set up my Nest Thermostat, and system training. Face masks and gloves. Work area was clean and neat after they were done.
